Anti-Snoring: “My wife says I snore like a buzz saw. I start out moderate sounding, and with time I get louder and louder taking on a deeper honkier tone. Every now and then she heads to another room to get some quiet sleep. On a number of occasions it got so bad we could no longer sleep together, because of my snoring, I was the one who left the room. I slept in a chair almost sitting up, and it was on the farthest end of the house, away from her and the kids. From the time I go to bed at night until I get up in the morning….I snore she says. Do you relate to the above? If so, do not despair for you are not alone. You see not long ago I was exactly in the same shoes as you. I know first hand how it feels to have sleepless nights that become a noise battlefield for your spouse as they try different things such as ear plugs (that keep falling out during the night) to block the noise.… It brings tears and rips my heart right now to think of what I have been through. Unless someone has also been through this…..it is just impossible to understand. I would like to use this blog to share with you my experiences and hopefully provide you with the much needed shoulder of support.
